How much can I sell my diamond ring to a jeweler for?
I currently have a diamond engagement/wedding ring with a GAL certificate that appraises the retail value at $4,100. I’m hoping to sell the ring to a jeweler… I was curious if anyone would know how much I can expect to be offered for the ring?
It depends on time purchased, cut, clarity, and other factors, but you shouldn’t expect more than $2000, given what I’ve read about diamonds and resale prices. Here are some links:

Does anybody know if it’s possible, and/or how much it should cost to size an antique white gold ring from a 6 to a 10? It has a diamond in the center, and a tiny one on each side.
